NEED MONTHLY DESIGNS?

A retainer is the key to peace of mind knowing your design needs and deadlines are met.

What is a retainer?

If you have a need for design work throughout the year, then a retainer is the perfect solution. It provides your business with consistent design support at a fixed price. Having a retainer allows you to secure a professional designer to help with all your design needs and build a long-term relationship with someone who knows your brand. This allocated time gives us the ability to plan ahead to meet your deadlines.

Why choose a retainer?

Savings & Discounts – The more monthly hours you commit to, the more you save. Discounts apply to all your design projects, digital or print.

Professional Designs – No need to worry taking time to designing your own projects or learning software.

• Ease of mind – With a retainer you get priority! You can set deadlines and rest knowing that it is taken care of.

What does a retainer cover?

Social Media – social media graphics, social media scheduling, social media advertisements

Print Materials – brochures, flyers, business cards, newsletters and more

Graphic & Digital Materials – digital advertisements

Web Updates & Maintenance – graphics, web maintenance, banners

• Additional Services – Don’t see a particular service? Just ask and I will see if it falls under the program.

What are the terms of a retainer?

• A minimum 3-month commitment is required.

• A set number of hours are allocated to your projects each week. This allows pre-workload planning to make sure your deadlines are met.

• Unused hours expire at the end the month. This is to ensure that. Overage will be billed at the standard rate of $50 per hour.

• You will be notified if we are close to hitting your monthly hours.

• Payment will be due on the 1st of each month for the coming month.
